Glossary: Johari Window

Johari Window: A two by two model with one axis showing aspects of our self that are known and not known to others with the other axis showing aspects of our self that are known and not known to ourselves. This creates a "window" containing the unknown self, blind self, concealed self, and open self.

Fun fact: This model was originally proposed by Joe Luft and Harry Ingram. Joe and Harry combined together for Johari.
