I help NY startups gracefully scale their human systems.

I guide these ventures as their co-founders work through difficult conversations and build relationships; while their teams discover how to work productively together; through the process of mindfully creating culture; and as they mature to help them remain nimble at scale.

Over the past 13 years I've consulted for large-scale change initiatives, facilitated trainings, led strategic planning sessions and retreats, coached executives, and conducted applied research projects. As a consultant I've worked with lots of great organizations including Harvest, SumAll, Urtak, numerous agencies in the United Nations system, The Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, The Borough of Lansdale, PA, and Pfizer, to name a few.

How I got my start as a consultant (click here for the long version)

As a native New Yorker, I attended Stuyvesant HS and then NYU to study Psychology and Economics. While at NYU I worked for American Express analyzing their training data and, later, with Score!Prep as head math tutor in New York. I fell in love with teaching and training while working for Score!Prep.

After graduating from NYU I began the long journey of getting a Ph.D. in Social-Organizational Psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University. While in grad school I worked for Pfizer, once again analyzing training data. Following my time with Pfizer I joined C Global Consulting as a partner to broaden my consulting experience. During my time with C Global I co-founded my first startup, LeaderNation. Now, I've created my own practice to better focus my efforts on the NY startup community.
