The broadest term for what I do is Organization Development. In contrast to management consulting, when someone comes in and tells you how to run your business, I'm a process expert. My clients know their businesses better than I, or any other consultant for that matter, ever will. My job is to use my process expertise to help them get the most out of their content expertise. You can learn more about the services and products I offer by clicking on the links below.

Process consultation - helping teams explore, in the moment, how they are working together.

Training - helping groups explore new concepts in interactive and engaging ways.
Coaching- helping individuals get the most out of their skills and abilities.
Applied research- helping organizations use empirical data to answer questions.

*Technically, it's a little less free than the rest of the site because I'm asking you to register, but I would like to know who's interested in my work. I'd also like to let you know what I'm doing from time to time through a newsletter. I won't bombard you with emails or sell your information to anyone for any reason.
