Products

There are two products that I am proud to use in my practice to augment my consulting services.

LeaderNation, is a product I created. LeaderNation is a way leaders can get feedback from their direct reports, peers, supervisors, and other important stakeholders. This process, called 360 feedback, helps increase leader self-awareness and is totally customizable through LeaderNation. When I use LeaderNation my client and I work together to build a model that fits that organization's needs.

The Neethling Brain Instrument is the other tool I use when I am consulting. No need to worry, there are no probes involved, and the process is quite painless, I assure you. After filling out a survey you will be given a report which helps you reflect on the way you prefer to process information. This can be really helpful when thinking about how you interact with other members of your team and your organization. It can also help you understand how to better interact with your customers and investors. Group reports are also available to help you understand your team as a whole.

I have found both of these products can be very helpful for leaders and teams, in that they both catalyze important conversations and reflection. Even when the report itself doesn't feel accurate (which happens, though rarely), the conversation started through the report almost always proves a valuable experience.
